ACRE as employer
We are around 50 professionals within Real Estate and Construction Management working at ACRE. Our aim is to create an internationally known, interactive and versatile campus that supports cooperation with the businesses and other operators in the area. Together we are developing Otaniemi into a unique meeting place and the most inspiring campus in the world!

It can be challenging to find unreserved rooms for studying, group work or conferences on the campus. Aalto Space makes finding and booking facilities easy for all users of the campus’ facilities.
Campus development
Campus development projects
In the last few years, Otaniemi has become a busier and more open community. The latest construction project in the area was completed in 2018, when the School of Arts, Design and Architecture started their first semester in their new facilities. The School of Business moved to Otaniemi in early 2019.
Campus of the future
The Otaniemi area is being heavily developed, and in the future campus, work, daily living and services will come together in a unique way. The campus will house new buildings and services, more residents and plenty of green.
Sustainable campus
Sustainability is part of Aalto University’s and ACRE’s strategy. We aim to improve the ecological, social and economic sustainability of the campus.
