The ACRE Extranet is a portal for tenants. It provides important information on the properties in Otaniemi, guidance in matters related to the tenant relationship, and news and other current information related to the properties and the area in general.

Based on competitive bidding, Aalto University has selected a contract cleaning partner, which is Palmia Oy.
The basic furniture for university facilities are included in the user service fee charged from the main campus (Otaniemi, Arabia and Töölö) units in conjunction with rent. Basic furniture refers to office, conference room, lobby and other common space furniture.
Moving activities at the university are handled centrally by Aalto University Campus & Real Estate (ACRE). The actual moves are handled by a service provider selected via competitive bidding. The partner at this time is Forsman Oy.
