We offer event venues in Otaniemi for all sorts of events. We have over 100 venues available ranging from smaller spaces for 10 people to large seminar halls seating 600 people. The impressive and modern spaces can be modified to suit a variety of purposes, from hackathons and workshops to conferences and celebrations. Organising catering is easy and hassle-free through our experienced partners.

In addition to Aalto University’s stakeholders and partners, we welcome all other guests to host their events in the bustle of the university campus. If you are in need of a short-term rental space for a meeting, training event, seminar or celebration, our Facility Sales team is happy to help.

At A Grid, you can organize a unique event in the heart of a startup hub. The Mordor event space combined with the main lobby can be shaped into practically any event of different shapes and sizes, or you can choose a more traditional auditorium or a smaller meeting room to suit your needs.
