KEYNOTE SPEAKERS: 

MARI LUUKKAINEN
Principal at Icebreaker.vc with a portfolio of 100+ startups. Ex-growth operator (3x to €10M+ ARR). Founder of a non-profit creating tech jobs for immigrant women Herizon.io. Investor of the Year in Nordic Women in Tech Awards 2022 and Diversity Role Model of the Year in Nordic Startup Awards 2023. Mari is a passionate growth technologist, self-educated and people-focused, with her journey beginning at age 12 when she earned her first affiliate marketing commission from a fan page she created for the game, Fallout 2.

YOUSSEF ZAD
Youssef has been working 1 and half years as an economist for the Finnish Startup Community. Previous experience include economist positions at labor unions and couple of government official positions in Ministry of Finance (trainee) and Statistics Finland. Youssef’s free time includes doing sports and playing videogames. Currently doing some boxing and playing Red Dead Redepmtion 2.
